Quintodecimo Grande Cuvée Luigi Moio 2023 is a refined Campanian white that brings together Greco, Falanghina, and Fiano in a harmonious blend designed for extra aromatic depth and longevity. Born from the same noble grape varieties already vinified separately by Quintodecimo, it offers a more layered expression of southern Italy’s white-wine tradition.

Tasting Notes
Expect a bright, luminous white with a fresh, polished profile and impressive aromatic intensity. The nose typically leans toward white flowers, citrus, ripe orchard fruit, and subtle herbal and mineral nuances, while the palate is shaped by lively freshness, a broad texture, and a long, persistent finish. The blend is crafted to amplify both fragrance and flavor, giving the wine greater complexity than the sum of its parts. Thanks to the structure and balance of Greco, Falanghina, and Fiano, it should also have good aging potential, developing added depth and nuance with a few years in bottle.

Production
The grapes come from Quintodecimo’s Campanian vineyards, where the region’s volcanic influence, warm days, and cooling evening conditions help preserve aromatic precision and natural freshness. The fruit is harvested with care to capture optimal ripeness and balance, then vinified separately before being blended to shape the final cuvée and preserve each variety’s distinct contribution.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, risotto with herbs or vegetables, and delicate poultry dishes. It is best served well chilled, around 8–10°C, and generally does not require decanting, though a brief aeration can help open the bouquet if served young.
