My parents have been running a restaurant for 37 years, so I became familiar with the various areas of hospitality at an early age. After training as a hotel specialist, I was offered the opportunity to work as a Commis Sommelier at Aqua*** in Wolfsburg and thus discovered my passion for wine and high-end service. Throughout the various stages of my career around the world, wine remained an important part and led me to Karlsruhe, in the heart of popular German wine regions such as Baden and the Palatinate, where I was able to build a large network with sommeliers and winemakers.
After many positions in fine dining, I am now responsible for the wine selection at one of the most beautiful and largest golf resorts in Germany and Northern Europe and am ready to pass on my passion and knowledge to young enthusiasts, with a particular focus on our gourmet restaurant "Blüchers".
