My path into the world of wine is closely connected to my work as a trained waiter.
The interest began when I was an apprentice under skilled professionals at Formel B. I quickly decided that the sommelier path was exactly right for me, as a natural extension of my passion for hospitality. Creating a great gastronomic experience and guiding guests through a wine list is something I am truly passionate about. Alongside my waiter training, I completed Vinakademiet’s sommelier education, and I am a member of DSF – Danish Sommelier Association.
With a love of wine from all over the world, I cannot deny that French wines often rank highly in my own glass – though with a special love for Italian wines, stemming from my childhood on Tuscan vineyards.
Every day I work purposefully with wine and food pairings as well as Formel B’s exclusive wine cellar, while continuing my professional development through waiter competitions and further education. My next goal is the Court of Master Sommeliers.
