Fina Grillo Kebrilla is a vibrant organic Sicilian white that captures the island’s coastal character in a fresh, modern style. Made entirely from Grillo by Cantine Fina, it combines citrus-driven purity with a touch of barrel complexity, making it a beautifully expressive wine with unmistakable Sicilian identity.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, luminous straw-gold color. The nose is evocative and Mediterranean, with notes of citrus peel, white flowers, sea breeze, and ripe orchard fruit, rounded by subtle hints of vanilla and spice from partial barrique aging. The palate is crisp yet textured, balancing juicy Sicilian citrus, saline freshness, and soft tropical and stone-fruit nuances. The oak influence is well integrated, adding gentle roundness without overpowering the wine’s lively character. It has enough structure to develop gracefully over the next few years, though it is especially charming for its youthful energy.

Production
Sourced from vineyards near the Mozia coast in western Sicily, this organic Grillo benefits from a warm, maritime terroir where sea breezes help preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. Harvesting is typically done with care to protect the grapes’ delicate fruit profile, and vinification is split between stainless steel and barrique: 20% fermented and aged in barrique, while the remaining 80% is handled in steel to preserve purity and precision. The wine then spends three months in bottle before release.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, oysters, shrimp, light pasta dishes, sushi, and Mediterranean salads, as well as soft cheeses and lemon-infused chicken. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
