Hommage à Jacques Perrin is sourced from some of Beaucastel’s finest old vines in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, a terroir known for its famous galets roulés, sun-drenched exposure, and the cooling influence of the Rhône winds. The blend is dominated by Mourvèdre, supported by Grenache, Syrah, and Cinsault, reflecting a traditional approach that emphasizes complexity and ageworthiness. The grapes are harvested carefully and vinified with a focus on preserving concentration, balance, and the layered personality of the vintage.

Food & Serving
This wine pairs beautifully with refined game dishes, slow-roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck, or truffled preparations, as well as richly flavored mushroom dishes. Serve it at around 16-18°C, and decant for at least 1-2 hours if drinking now to allow its full aromatic depth to open up.
