On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and layered, combining cassis, ripe cherry, black pepper, herbs, and a hint of chocolate. The structure is elegant yet substantial, with polished tannins and a long, persistent finish. Production
Produced in Châteauneuf-du-Pape in the southern Rhône, the wine reflects the warmth, power, and stony character of the appellation’s terroir. The blend of Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah/Shiraz, and Cinsault is handled with a strong focus on traditional methods and meticulous vineyard work.
