Dos Maderas 5+3 is a double-aged rum that brings together Caribbean rum and the sherry-making heritage of Jerez. Its two-stage maturation gives it a rounded, mellow character with layers of oak and dried-fruit flavour.

Aroma & Palate
The nose offers notes of vanilla, toasted wood and dried fruit. On the palate, it is smooth and gently sweet, with hints of raisins, spice and oak, leading to a warm, lingering finish.

Distillation & Maturation
Made with rum from the Caribbean, including Guyana, it spends five years maturing in the Caribbean before being transported to Spain. There, it ages for a further three years in casks previously used for sherry, developing added depth and a distinctive sherry-cask influence.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy it neat at room temperature to appreciate its layered character, or serve it over a large ice cube for a softer, cooler sip. It also works well in rum cocktails where a smooth, sherry-influenced profile can complement the other ingredients.
