Tasting Notes
Pale in appearance, it opens with aromas of lime, pear, peach and ripe apple, accented by delicate white flowers. The palate is light in texture, with fresh citrus and white-fruit flavours, gentle residual sweetness and bright acidity, finishing with persistent slate-like minerality. Production
The grapes come from Graacher Himmelreich, a steep Mosel vineyard with Devonian slate soils that lend the wine its distinctive mineral character. The estate describes the vines as more than 40 years old and farmed with an ecological, sustainable approach. Harvested in early October, the fruit is spontaneously fermented with native yeasts and matured in acacia casks to preserve its fresh, aromatic profile.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Its combination of freshness and gentle sweetness suits spicy dishes and Asian cuisine, as well as pork and cheese; it can also be enjoyed on its own. Decanting is generally unnecessary for a young Kabinett, though a brief airing in the glass can help its aromas open.
