Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes come from the Enkircher Ellergrub, a steep Mosel slope with barren slate soils that force the vines to root deeply and naturally moderate yields. The approximately 100-year-old, ungrafted vines contribute remarkable concentration and a strong sense of site, while organic cultivation underlines the estate’s focus on purity and expression. Harvested by hand, the fruit is vinified with a light touch to preserve freshness, detail, and the distinctive slate character of the vineyard.
