Weingut Seehof’s Westhofen Auslese Fass 9 2023 is a gently sweet Rheinhessen blend of Scheurebe, Riesling and Kerner, made in a single cask especially for vinocentral. Rooted in Westhofen’s limestone soils, it balances 95 g/L of residual sugar with lively acidity and a modest 10% alcohol.
