Tasting Notes
The nose is fresh and citrus-led, with notes of mandarin alongside delicate herbal hints of mint and lemon balm. On the palate, ripe, rounded fruit balances a pronounced acidity, while subtle phenolic texture adds structure and definition.

Production
The vines grow on Melaphyr, a volcanic rock formation that shapes the soils around Weinheim in the Rheinhessen Switzerland. The Riesling is hand-harvested, given several hours of skin contact to build a fine tannic framework, then aged on its full lees for a year. Specific vineyard practices and further vinification details are not provided.
