Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, polished profile with aromas of apple blossom, kaffir lime, and honeysuckle. The palate unfolds with white nectarine, pear, and a saline mineral edge, supported by crisp acidity and a creamy texture that gives the wine both tension and finesse. Subtle notes of toasted nuts and spice from oak add complexity to the long, refined finish. While already beautifully expressive, it has the structure and balance to develop additional nuance over the next few years.

Koosah Vineyard lies in the volcanic soils of Eola-Amity Hills, where cool Pacific breezes help preserve natural acidity and build aromatic complexity. The fruit is harvested with care and fermented spontaneously, then aged in French oak barrels to enhance texture while keeping the wine’s pure fruit and mineral character intact.
