Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright, intense ruby red color that already hints at its energy and structure. The nose is layered and expressive, with ripe cherry, red rose, freshly picked violet, blood orange, damp earth, cinchona, mint, and subtle fine spices. On the palate, it feels enveloping and structured, opening with freshness and savory depth before the firm tannins settle in with impressive integration. The finish is balsamic and persistent, with the concentration and backbone to age gracefully for many years, developing greater nuance and complexity over time.

Production
Produced in Piedmont from 100% Nebbiolo, this Barolo comes from vineyards shaped by the region’s cool continental climate, limestone-rich soils, and the elevation and exposure that give Nebbiolo its distinctive tension and aromatic precision. Harvested with care to preserve fruit integrity, the wine is vinified to emphasize purity, structure, and the natural perfume of the grape, allowing the terroir to remain at the center of the final blend.

Food & Serving
A natural match for braised beef, roasted game, truffle risotto, mushroom dishes, and aged cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least 1–2 hours if opening young, to let the aromas unfurl and soften the tannins.
