Tasting Notes
In the glass, this Chardonnay shows a bright, inviting clarity with a generous, ripe-fruited profile. Aromas of apple, pear, and quince lead the way, layered with subtle spice and toasty notes from oak aging. On the palate, it is rich and textured yet stays polished and vibrant, with a silky mouthfeel and impressive depth. The fruit is supported by fine acidity and a long, persistent finish, giving the wine both immediate appeal and the structure to age gracefully for a few years.

Production
Ritual Chardonnay comes from vines planted in Casablanca Valley vineyards at around 345 meters above sea level on slopes of roughly 10%, an ideal setting for Chardonnay. The cool coastal climate slows ripening, preserving freshness while allowing full flavor development, and the grapes are carefully harvested to capture this balance. Vinification includes barrel influence to add complexity, spice, and texture without overwhelming the wine’s natural elegance.

Food & Serving
Serve this wine at around 14°C in a Burgundy glass to allow its aromatics and texture to fully open up. It pairs beautifully with grilled white fish, and also works well with roast chicken, creamy seafood dishes, and lightly buttery vegetable preparations. Decanting is not essential, but a short aeration can help the wine show at its best.
