Pale straw in the glass with a soft, playful mousse, this Moscato d’Asti is immediately inviting. The nose is fragrant and lifted, with notes of white peach, apricot, orange blossom, fresh grapes, and a subtle herbal freshness typical of Moscato Bianco. On the palate it is sweet but wonderfully balanced, with lively acidity keeping the wine light on its feet. Expect flavors of ripe stone fruit, citrus zest, acacia honey, and a gentle mineral edge, finishing clean and refreshing. Best enjoyed young to capture its vivid aromatics and freshness, though it is meant for immediate pleasure rather than long aging.

A superb match for fruit tarts, panna cotta, almond biscuits, and panettone, as well as spicy Asian dishes or salty cheeses that play against its sweetness. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C; decanting is not necessary.
