Best enjoyed young to preserve its vibrant character, though it will hold nicely over the next few years.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled at around 8-10°C. It pairs especially well with seafood, shellfish, light pasta dishes, fresh salads, grilled vegetables, and mild cheeses, and is also a very good match for simple antipasti or delicate chicken dishes. Decanting is not necessary.
