Thomas Niedermayr - Hof Gandberg Bronner Bio 2016

Thomas Niedermayr’s 2016 Hof Gandberg Bronner is a single-varietal white made from the PIWI grape Bronner, which is bred for resistance to fungal disease. The producer calls it both a “spirited type” and an “elegant charmer,” shaped by the contrasting mineral character of two vineyard sites.

Tasting Notes
The nose is scented with fresh hay, jasmine and chamomile flowers. On the palate, herbal tea, bergamot, nutmeg and a touch of beeswax lead to a saline, pleasantly spicy finish. Production
