On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, combining sweet sherry influence with citrus peel, baked spices, and creamy oak. The finish is long, warm, and elegant, with lingering notes of dried fruit, cocoa, and subtle spice. While ready to enjoy now, its complexity will continue to reward slow, contemplative tasting rather than extended cellaring.

Food & Serving

Decanting is not necessary for whisky, though allowing it to rest in the glass for a few minutes can enhance its aromatic detail.
