The nose opens with almond croissant, brioche, rose, vanilla, and sweet nectarine, layered with sandalwood and gentle spice. On the palate, it is full, silky, and elegant, unfolding with notes of buttery pastry, peach melba, roasted almonds, mille-feuille, and light toasted oak. The finish is long and polished, with warming spice, floral accents, and soft oak lingering beautifully. This expression is crafted by Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell using a carefully composed selection of casks chosen to evoke Parisian sophistication. The whisky draws on sherry-seasoned European and American oak, bourbon barrels, and rare cognac casks, adding floral lift and a subtle vinous nuance to Macallan’s signature richness. The result is a multi-layered single malt that balances sweetness, spice, and elegance with remarkable precision.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed neat or with just a splash of water to open the aromatic detail. For food, pair it with refined desserts such as almond tart, mille-feuille, peach-based pastries, crème brûlée, or dark chocolate with candied orange. Serve at room temperature in a tulip glass or whisky nosing glass, and decanting is not necessary, though letting it rest in the glass for a few minutes will enhance its aromatic complexity.
