Tasting Notes
Pale straw in the glass with bright, crystalline reflections, it opens with an expressive bouquet of citrus, white flowers, stone fruit, and delicate herbal nuances. On the palate it is fresh and structured, with lively acidity, a supple mid-palate, and a mineral-driven finish that gives the wine length and definition. The 2025 vintage should be enjoyed for its youthful energy, although its concentration and balance suggest it may develop nicely over the next few years. It is a wine that combines immediacy with enough depth to reward short-term cellaring.

Food & Serving
An excellent match for seafood, grilled fish, shellfish, light pasta dishes, risotto, and fresh salads, as well as soft cheeses and Mediterranean vegetable dishes. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
