Pale straw in the glass, it opens with a lively aromatic profile of gooseberry, cut grass, fresh herbs, and a subtle hint of elderflower. The palate is soft and rounded, with a creamy mouthfeel, balanced acidity, and a crisp lift that keeps the wine feeling fresh and vibrant. The finish is pleasantly long, with green and fruity notes carrying through alongside a clean, refreshing streak of acidity. While best enjoyed for its youthful energy, it should be served well chilled to show its brightest and most expressive side.

Made entirely from Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in Rhineland-Pfalz, the wine benefits from the region’s cool-climate freshness and aromatic precision. The alcohol is carefully removed after fermentation using Carl Jung’s traditional method from 1907, a gentle process designed to retain the wine’s natural character, structure, and varietal identity.
