Tasting Notes

Production
The grapes come from Maresh Vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, a cool-climate site known for producing Chardonnay with vivid acidity and expressive fruit. Hand-harvested from selected parcels, the fruit is vinified with a careful, low-intervention approach, including cool fermentation to preserve aromatic purity.
