Produced in Saint-Julien on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, Talbot benefits from gravelly soils that provide excellent drainage and help bring ripeness and precision to the blend. The estate is typically harvested by hand and vinified parcel by parcel to preserve freshness, structure, and the character of each vineyard block before ageing in oak barrels.

This wine pairs beautifully with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, and dishes with mushroom or truffle elements. Serve at 16–18°C; decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended if drinking young to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
