Description

Taittinger Brut Prestige is a classic non-vintage Champagne that stands out for its elegance, freshness, and consistently refined style. Built around a high proportion of Chardonnay, it delivers a lighter, more graceful expression of Champagne that has made Taittinger one of the region’s most admired houses.

Tasting Notes
Pale gold in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this Champagne opens with aromas of white flowers, citrus, green apple, and brioche, lifted by subtle toasted and mineral notes. The palate is crisp and lively, with fresh fruit, creamy texture, and a clean, elegant finish that makes it immediately appealing yet precise. Its balanced structure and bright acidity give it excellent versatility, with enough finesse to drink beautifully on its own while remaining composed enough to age gracefully for a few years in bottle.

Production
Produced in the Champagne region of France, Taittinger Brut Prestige is crafted from carefully selected grapes sourced across top sites that contribute freshness, structure, and aromatic lift. The house style typically emphasizes Chardonnay alongside Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with vinification focused on preserving purity, balance, and the wine’s signature finesse.

Food & Serving
An excellent aperitif Champagne, it also pairs beautifully with oysters, sashimi, seafood, light poultry dishes, and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended.

Producer
Founded in 1734, Taittinger is one of Champagne’s great historic houses and remains closely associated with elegance and Chardonnay-driven wines. Based in Reims, the house has earned a strong international reputation for consistency, refinement, and a style that highlights finesse over power.
