St. Lucia Rum Chairman's Reserve 0.7L

Chairman’s Reserve is a versatile blended rum from Saint Lucia, first created in 1999. Its character comes from bringing together rums of different ages and allowing the blend to marry further in oak, making it equally suited to cocktails or sipping after a meal.

Aroma & Palate
Expect a rounded rum profile, with oak-led warmth and the mellow sweetness often associated with maturation in bourbon casks. The blend’s mix of younger and older rums gives it a balance of lively character and a smoother, more settled finish.

Distillation & Maturation
The rum is matured in American oak casks that previously held bourbon whiskey. After blending, it is returned to oak for a further six months, allowing the component rums to integrate.

Serving Suggestions
Enjoy it neat as an after-dinner pour, or over ice for a slower sip. Its versatility also makes it a useful base for rum cocktails, including a Daiquiri or an Old Fashioned-style serve.

Distillery
Chairman’s Reserve is made by Saint Lucia Distillers, based on the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. The blend was first created in 1999 under the supervision of the island’s chairman.
