Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a soft orange hue with a natural haze. The nose opens with ripe orange, dried flowers, and elderflower, layered with a subtle mineral edge. On the palate, fine bubbles carry notes of chamomile, lavender, and the gentle caramel-like richness of Oolong tea. It feels smooth and almost creamy, yet stays fresh and lively thanks to its precise acidity and elegant length. Best enjoyed young for its brightest aromatic expression, though it can hold its character well over the near term.

Production
Produced in Austria in small artisanal batches, this sparkling tea is based on organically grown Milky Oolong, complemented by green tea, jasmine, elderflower, and chamomile. The teas are sourced from selected partners in Schärding, and the finished beverage is lightly infused, carbonated, and rested briefly to achieve harmony between fruit, blossom, and tea aromas.

Food & Serving
Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C. It pairs beautifully with roasted turbot and fennel, smoky dishes, fermented vegetables, stronger cheeses, grilled peach, or lighter poultry dishes. No decanting is needed; simply open and pour to enjoy its aromatic freshness.
