Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a pale golden color with a gentle natural haze and a lively, fine mousse. The nose is fragrant and layered, opening with white flowers, jasmine, and elderflower, then moving into hints of peach, citrus zest, and soft herbal tones. On the palate, it feels bright, linear, and elegant, with floral depth and a delicate tannic frame from the tea. The fine bubbles and the saline freshness of verjus give it tension and a long, clean finish. While it is ready to enjoy now, its appeal lies in freshness and aromatic precision rather than long aging potential.

Production
Made in small handcrafted batches in Austria, this sparkling tea is based on an infusion of green tea and jasmine, carefully blended with elderflower, verjus, chamomile, and a restrained hop accent for structure. Timo & Co works only with real ingredients, with no added flavors, stabilizers, or preservatives, and sources its teas from selected partners in Schärding, using partly organic ingredients. After gentle preparation, the drink is carbonated to create its elegant, fine-textured sparkle.

Food & Serving
This is a versatile alcohol-free companion for sushi, sashimi, lightly spicy Asian dishes, fresh goat cheese, and delicate poultry dishes, as well as salads such as lamb’s lettuce with bacon. Serve well chilled at around 6–8°C for the best expression of its floral and citrus notes. Decanting is not necessary; simply open and pour gently into a white wine glass or flute.
