Food & Serving
Enjoy each Port on its own as part of a festive tasting, or pair the richer Tawny styles with nuts, dried fruit, blue cheese or caramel desserts. White Port can be served chilled as an aperitif. Serve according to style—generally cooler for White Port and lightly chilled or at cool room temperature for Tawny—and check each bottle’s label for guidance. Decanting is usually unnecessary for Tawny and White Port.
