Tasting Notes
In the glass, the wine shows a deep ruby color that hints at its concentration. The nose opens with ripe black cherry, plum, and blackberry, layered with violet, cedar, graphite, dark chocolate, espresso, and gentle spice. On the palate, it feels silky and polished, with perfectly ripe tannins, vibrant acidity, and a generous core of dark fruit. Subtle oak, mineral notes, and fine savory complexity carry through to a long, elegant finish. While already enjoyable now, it should continue to evolve beautifully over the next 10–15 years.
