Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a delicate raspberry-pink colour with a very fine mousse. The bouquet is floral and inviting, layered with strawberry and raspberry, while the palate is fresh, juicy, and creamy, with clear red fruit and a subtle spice note. The finish is long, elegant, and fruit-driven, with enough structure and harmony to make it enjoyable now while still holding its appeal over the next few years.

Production
This Champagne is sourced from 10 selected villages across the Champagne region, bringing finesse, expression, and balance to the blend. The cuvée is composed of 73% Meunier, 16% Chardonnay, and 11% Pinot Noir, with 12% vinified as red wine and around 20% reserve wines from a solera system added for depth. It is aged for a minimum of 3 years on the lees after bottle fermentation and finished with 8 g/l dosage.

Food & Serving
Excellent as an aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with poultry, lamb curry, fish tartare, and light summer dishes. Serve well chilled at around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
