Tasting Notes
Pale in the glass with a subtle green hue, it opens with aromas of key lime, grapefruit and freshly cut grass, followed by stone fruit and a hint of lychee. The palate is juicy and bright, with concentrated fruit, refreshing acidity and a clean, mouthwatering finish. Its freshness-driven style is best enjoyed while young; a specific aging window is not provided.

Production
The fruit comes primarily from Rombauer’s Sonoma County vineyards, complemented by selected warmer sites in Napa County. A long, cool 2025 growing season allowed the grapes to ripen gradually while retaining freshness. They were harvested at night and gently whole-cluster pressed. Around 90% of the wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve its clean fruit and crispness; the remaining 10% was fermented in neutral French oak and concrete tanks for added body and texture.

Food & Serving
Try it with oysters, grilled prawns, fresh goat cheese, herb-led salads or simply prepared white fish. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Decanting is not necessary; open and pour while the wine is fresh.
