Zafra Master Reserve 21 Year Old is a premium Panamanian rum with a refined, mature character. Aged for up to 21 years, it stands out for its smooth texture, layered sweetness and elegant balance between rich oak and delicate spice.

Aroma & Palate
The aroma opens with notes of caramel, vanilla and toasted oak, followed by hints of dried fruit, cacao and gentle baking spices. On the palate, it is rounded and silky, combining toffee, raisins and dark chocolate with subtle cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is long and warming, with lingering oak, vanilla and mellow sweetness.

Distillation & Maturation
Produced in Panama from sugar-cane-based spirit, Zafra Master Reserve is column distilled and matured in oak barrels previously used for bourbon. The rum is carefully blended to create a smooth and consistent profile, with extended maturation contributing depth, softness and its pronounced oak character.

Serving Suggestions
Best enjoyed neat at room temperature to appreciate its layered character, or served over a large ice cube for a slightly cooler, more relaxed pour. It also works beautifully in refined rum cocktails such as an Old Fashioned-style serve, where its vanilla, caramel and spice notes can take centre stage.
