Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a bright garnet hue with the translucent clarity Nebbiolo lovers expect. The nose is refined and layered, with aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal, dried herbs, and hints of spice, earthy forest floor, and subtle savory notes. On the palate, it is precise and firmly structured, with taut tannins, vivid acidity, and a long, mineral finish. The old-vine fruit adds depth and concentration without heaviness, giving the wine both immediacy and serious aging potential. This is a Barbaresco built for the cellar, where it can evolve beautifully for many years.

Food & Serving
