Production
Panek Vineyard sits in St. Helena, in the shadow of the Mayacamas Mountains along the old Napa River floodplain, a site known for producing fruit of remarkable concentration due to its naturally low yields. The 2021 vintage was aged in 75% new French oak, a choice that adds structure, spice, and polish while preserving the wine’s sense of poise and balance.

This Cabernet is a natural match for grilled ribeye, braised short ribs, lamb, or rich mushroom-based dishes. Serve at around 16-18°C and consider decanting for 1-2 hours if drinking young, as it will help the wine open up and show its full aromatic complexity.
