Tasting Notes
In the glass, it pours a dark, concentrated ruby-purple. The nose is rich and inviting, with sun-ripened blueberries, black cherries, blackcurrants, black olives, liquorice, and a subtle hint of pine needles adding lift and complexity. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and layered, echoing the dark fruit and savoury notes from the nose, but carried by a polished, elegant texture. The finish is long and moreish, with enough freshness and structure to suggest very good ageing potential over the next 8–15 years, depending on cellar conditions.

Production
This Cabernet Sauvignon is assembled from fruit grown on three Napa Valley sites with clearly different personalities: Herb Lamb contributes freshness, Lore brings structure, and Panek adds generous fruit. The vineyards’ combined character gives the wine both breadth and balance, showcasing the diversity of Napa terroir. It was matured in a 50/50 mix of new and used French oak barrels, allowing the fruit to remain front and centre while adding subtle spice, texture, and depth.

Food & Serving
Best enjoyed with grilled ribeye, roast lamb, braised short ribs, or truffle-rich mushroom dishes. It also pairs beautifully with aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if opening young to let the wine fully unfold in the glass.
