Tasting Notes
In the glass, it typically shows a deep ruby core with purple reflections, hinting at its youthful energy. The nose is refined and layered, with blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, cedar, graphite, and a touch of tobacco and spice. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and focused, with ripe dark fruit framed by fine tannins and fresh acidity. The finish is persistent and mineral-driven, with the balance to improve over the next several years, though it can already be enjoyed for its supple, approachable style.

Production
Sourced from vineyards in Pauillac on Bordeaux’s Left Bank, the wine benefits from the region’s gravelly soils, which help drain excess water and encourage depth and concentration in the fruit. The grapes are harvested with care, and vinification is carried out to preserve purity, freshness, and the hallmark structure of the appellation.

This wine pairs beautifully with roast lamb, duck breast, beef tenderloin, mushroom dishes, and hard cheeses. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 30–60 minutes if drinking young to allow the aromas and texture to open up.
