A seductive Saint-Émilion from the outstanding 2009 vintage, Pavie Macquin combines baked blackberry, ripe plum and prune with exotic five-spice, liquorice and floral notes. Beautifully mature, it’s a natural match for roast lamb, duck, game or truffle.
