Distillation & Maturation
After years of research, the Poli distillery developed the Crysopea, an innovative bain-marie vacuum still that remains in operation today. Poli Moscato Oro is distilled using this apparatus and presented in the bottle; further details about maturation are not provided.

Value for money

In Germany, grappa has a terribly bad reputation completely unjustly as a "cheap schnapps" that you get for free with the bill. This wonderfully mild, wood- and fruit-forward Moscato is exactly the opposite. A flattering finish after a good meal or simply on its own when it gets dark earlier and cold again. Definitely try it and rethink your image of grappa!
