Production
Grappa Bassano Classica is produced by distilling pomace from vines grown in the Breganze DOC area, which includes the Bassano del Grappa zone in Veneto. The spirit is made in the traditional grappa style, focusing on purity and faithful expression of the raw material rather than heavy embellishment, resulting in a straightforward and genuine distillate.

Food & Serving
Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature in a small tulip glass or traditional grappa glass. It pairs well with espresso, especially as part of the Veneto-style “rasentin” ritual, and can also accompany dark chocolate, almond biscuits, or simple after-dinner pastries. Decanting is not necessary.
