Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows an intense ruby-red color that hints at its concentration and youthful energy. The nose opens with ripe fruit aromas layered with spicy and floral notes, giving the wine a lifted, aromatic character that is very typical of well-made Nebbiolo. On the palate, it is round, full-bodied, and powerful, with a structured profile that promises excellent longevity. The wine balances richness with freshness, and its firm framework suggests strong aging potential, allowing the aromatics and texture to evolve beautifully over time.

Production
Made from 100% Nebbiolo in Piedmont, this Barolo comes from the Mombaruzzo area in the province of Asti, a terroir better known for Barbera but also capable of expressing Nebbiolo with notable distinction. The grapes are carefully handled to preserve the variety’s aromatic purity and structural depth, with vinification aimed at highlighting both concentration and elegance.

Food & Serving
This Barolo is an excellent match for rich dishes such as braised beef, roasted game, truffle pasta, mushroom risotto, and aged hard cheeses. Serve it at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for at least an hour, especially if enjoying it young, to help open up its layered aromas and soften the tannins.
