Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a very light pink colour, with a refined and luminous appearance that hints at its gentle extraction. The bouquet is typically delicate and fresh, with notes of red berries, citrus, white flowers, and a soft mineral edge. On the palate, this rosé is likely to be crisp, graceful, and easy to drink, combining bright acidity with a soft, supple texture. The blend of Corvina, Trebbiano, Syrah/Shiraz, and Carménère adds nuance and complexity, while the short maceration keeps the style clean and understated. Production
The grapes are grown near the shores of Lake Garda in Veneto, where the mild lake influence helps preserve acidity and aromatic delicacy. The defining element of production is the extremely brief 11-minute skin contact: after destemming, the grapes are pressed quickly so that only the most refined components and the wine’s pale pink colour are extracted. This short maceration gives the wine its subtle tone and finely textured style.

Food & Serving
Serve chilled, ideally at 8-10°C, to highlight the wine’s freshness and aromatic lift. It pairs beautifully with light starters, salads, seafood, sushi, grilled vegetables, and delicate pasta dishes, and it also works well as an aperitif. Decanting is not necessary.
