Pascal Agrapart’s Avizoise is a Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Champagne made entirely from Chardonnay grown in Avize, at the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Bottled Brut Nature, with no dosage, it offers a particularly direct expression of its chalk-rich origin; the Agrapart house traces its roots to 1894.
