Old St. Croix Julekalender 2026 is a 24-day tasting journey through the brand’s sweet, rum-inspired spirit range, formerly associated with the AH Riise name. Each door reveals a 2 cl sample, bringing together familiar favourites, past releases and a glimpse of products to come.

Aroma & Palate
The calendar offers 24 different blends, so aromas and flavours vary from sample to sample. It is designed as an introduction to Old St. Croix’s sweet-leaning style and the stories behind its releases, from blends rooted in West Indian heritage and naval traditions to newer interpretations.

Distillation & Maturation
Each of the 24 samples is a 2 cl blend, with alcohol strengths ranging from 40% to 60%. The selection spans releases from Old St. Croix’s past and present, as well as forthcoming products; specific ingredients and production methods vary and are not detailed.

Serving Suggestions
Taste each sample neat to explore its individual character, ideally at room temperature and in small sips. The calendar is also a thoughtful gift for anyone who enjoys discovering new spirits at their own pace.

Distillery
Old St. Croix draws on the story of Albert Heinrich Riise, a young apothecary who travelled to the West Indies in 1838, where he produced rum and medicines. The calendar reflects that historical connection through a selection of blends inspired by the islands’ heritage, alongside modern collaborations and interpretations.
