Moët & Chandon ICE Impérial is a distinctive Champagne created specifically to be enjoyed over ice, offering a fresh and more playful expression of the house style. As the first Champagne designed for this serving method, it stands out for its rich fruit profile, creamy texture, and elegant balance of sweetness and vibrancy.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a deep golden colour with a lively stream of bubbles. The nose opens with generous tropical fruit aromas such as mango and guava, followed by ripe summer fruits including nectarine, raspberry, strawberry, and gooseberry. On the palate, it is smooth, fruity, and indulgent, with notes of strawberries, raspberries, gooseberries, and a soft hint of caramel. The sweetness is balanced by freshness, making it immediately appealing and best enjoyed young for its bright, expressive fruit.

Production
Produced in Champagne, France, this non-vintage cuvée is based on the classic Champagne grape trio of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Noir. The blend is crafted to deliver generous fruit, freshness, and structure, with vinification tailored to preserve aromatic intensity and a supple, easy-drinking style. It is specifically made to be served with ice, which softens the texture and highlights its fruit-forward character.

Food & Serving
Best served chilled in a large wine glass over ice, ideally at around 6–8°C. It pairs well with fresh fruit dishes, citrus desserts, tropical flavors, light pastries, and mildly spiced cuisine; decanting is not recommended.
