Description

A traditional Châteauneuf-du-Pape Rouge that brings together all 13 of the appellation’s permitted grape varieties, with Grenache at the heart of the blend. Made by a family with a 400-year history in the region, it offers an elegant, classically Rhône profile.

Tasting Notes
Ruby red in colour, with aromas and flavours of red fruits and liquorice. The tannins are elegantly structured and soften into the wine’s rounded fruit, while menthol and pepper notes add character to a long finish. A specific drinking window has not been provided.

Production
The cuvée draws on nine hectares spread across the varied soils of the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation. It is made using traditional winemaking methods and aged in old barrels for 12 to 14 months. Harvesting details are not specified.
