Created in collaboration with designer Philippe Starck, Louis Roederer Brut Nature 2015 is a distinctive, zero-dosage Champagne that brings together Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. The partnership pairs Roederer’s Champagne-making heritage with Starck’s unconventional creative vision.

Tasting Notes
The 2015 vintage opens with savoury, vinous aromas of salt, blackcurrant, orange blossom and smoke. On the palate it is rounded and expansive, balanced by a lively core of acidity, with flavours of peach, dried flowers and wet stone. Complex and energetic, it has strong appeal at the table. The recommended drinking window is 2022–2040, allowing time for the wine to develop further in bottle.

Food & Serving
Its savoury, mineral character makes it a natural match for seafood, particularly shellfish, as well as roast poultry and dishes with delicate herbs. Serve well chilled, around 8–10°C. Decanting is not essential, though a brief decant may help the wine open up before serving.

It is known for its estate-focused approach and for crafting Champagnes that express both vintage and site.
