Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright pale gold color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is fresh and layered, with citrus, white flowers, green apple, and subtle toasted and brioche notes adding depth.
On the palate, it is dry, refined, and energetic, with a lively mineral backbone and a creamy texture that gives the wine real charm. The finish is clean and elegant, and while it is already enjoyable now, it should also develop additional complexity with short to medium-term cellaring.
