Description

Lo Sparviere Franciacorta Satèn is a Chardonnay-only sparkling wine made from the producer’s youngest vineyards, offering a fresh, floral expression of Franciacorta. Its creamy, soft texture sets it apart, while the Satèn style brings a rounded, velvety feel to the palate.

Tasting Notes
The nose is intensely floral, with clear Chardonnay character. On the palate, freshness meets a creamy, gentle texture, leading to a full and velvety sip.

Production
Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes grown in Lo Sparviere’s youngest vineyards, this non-vintage Franciacorta is aged on its lees for at least 24 months. Annual production is approximately 20,000 bottles. Further details about the vineyard terroir and vinification are not provided.

Food & Serving
Enjoy well chilled, around 6–8°C, with delicate seafood, shellfish, creamy risotto or fresh cheeses. Its soft texture also makes it a lovely aperitif. Decanting is not necessary.
