Lo Sparviere Franciacorta Satèn is a refined Blanc de Blancs that shows the softer, creamier side of Franciacorta. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grown in the estate’s youngest vineyards, it combines freshness, floral elegance, and a silky texture, with an annual production of only around 20,000 bottles.

Tasting Notes
In the glass, it presents a bright, luminous straw-yellow color with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is marked by intense floral aromas alongside delicate Chardonnay-driven fruit, offering a clean and precise expression of the grape. On the palate, it is smooth, creamy, and full-bodied, with the soft, velvety mouthfeel that defines Satèn. Freshness keeps the wine lively and balanced, while 24 months on the lees adds subtle complexity and roundness. It is best enjoyed young for maximum vibrancy, though it can develop extra nuance with a short period of cellaring.

Produced in Lombardy’s Franciacorta area, Lo Sparviere Satèn comes from Chardonnay sourced exclusively from the estate’s youngest vineyards, which help preserve its bright, fresh profile. The wine is crafted as a Blanc de Blancs and aged on the lees for a minimum of 24 months, building texture and finesse while maintaining the naturally gentle character associated with Satèn.

This wine pairs beautifully with shellfish, light seafood dishes, sushi, delicate risottos, and soft cheeses. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, to highlight its freshness and fine bubbles. Decanting is not recommended; simply open and enjoy.
