Tasting Notes
In the glass, it shows a bright ruby color with a translucent sheen typical of finely made Pinot Noir. The nose is lifted and inviting, with aromas of wild cherry, raspberry, cranberry, rose petal and subtle savory notes of forest floor, spice and fresh herbs. The palate is silky and medium-bodied, balancing vibrant red berry fruit with fine tannins, lively acidity and a cool, mineral-driven finish. It has the clarity and structure to age gracefully for several years, developing more earthy and nuanced Pinot character over time.
