Tasting Notes
Expect a vibrant, fruit-driven red with a deep ruby core and youthful brightness in the glass. The nose typically opens with ripe red and black berries, hints of garrigue, and subtle spice, while the palate is smooth and generous, balancing juicy fruit with soft tannins and a rounded, Mediterranean feel. Grenache brings ripeness and supple texture, while Syrah adds color, structure, and a more savory edge. It is made to be enjoyed for its freshness and immediacy, though it should hold nicely over the next few years as the wine gains a little more complexity.

Production
The grapes come from Côtes de Provence, where the Mediterranean climate, abundant sunshine, and varied soils help develop ripe fruit and aromatic depth. Château Les Valentines works organically, with a strong focus on expressing the character of their terroir and preserving the natural balance of the vineyard.
